How can you facilitate kids to greatness?
(Facilitating means "making easier".)
How can that also enrich you and your life?
This is an invitation to everyone who works with children: Parents, grandparents, teachers, coaches, therapists, doctors... and for all those who want to take a closer look at their own childhood.
Pragmatic means doing what works. In this reality, the focus is usually more dramatic and on problems. Children are often judged, made wrong and often even diagnosed as ill.
What else is possible beyond this paradigm?
Parents and teachers also often struggle with judgments of being wrong, not doing enough or not doing it right. I invite you to discover the strengths behind all this and to find out what you are capable of and know in relation to children and also your work with families.
How much can all this enrich you and your life? How much aliveness and how many capacities did you leave behind in your childhood that you can now allow yourself to access again?
In this program, I will show you a completely new approach to working with children. How many capacities and how much knowing are in the children and in you that they and you have never been acknowledged for?

What contribution are you and your difference to the children you work with? In this module, I would like to invite you to discover your difference and to see and recognize it as the gift that it is.
In this module, we no longer focus on education, but on empowerment. Empowerment means showing children what they are capable of and using a few tools to strengthen their access to this knowledge.
In this module, we focus on trusting what we know. When judgments and points of view are no longer real, what is possible?
It is a great contribution if you acknowledge the children for the knowing that they carry within them and show them that not everything that goes on in their world necessarily has anything to do with them.
In this module, we look at the capacities behind diagnoses such as ADHD and autism. There are also new tools on how to facilitate children's learning and show them how to use their awareness as a capacity.
ADHD
Children with ADHD have great multitasking skills. In this module, we take a closer look at how you can help them to have more ease in their everyday school life and with their homework. And also at multitasking skills and what the possibilities for the kids lie behind them.
In this module, we focus in particular on working with adolescents. The approach of Pragmatic Psychology is to look at what works and how young people can be empowered to discover their capacities and talents.
The world is asking for diversity. Being different is a gift and works if you don't judge it, but see the possibilities behind it. What changes can you inspire in children by being different?
